Cerebration Board Games, LLC, is a privately held company based in Huntsville, AL. The company was founded in 2007 for the purpose of developing, marketing and selling the board game "Cerebration."

"Cerebration" is "the board game combining logic, luck and laughter." This new and unique creation explores new concepts in board game entertainment. Unlike trivia games, "Cerebration" also poses questions drawing on the cognitive skills of inductive reasoning, deductive reasoning, and pattern recognition. Additionally, the luck of rolling the die plays a significant role in the outcome of the game, allowing persons of different age and experience to have fun and play competitively.

Cerebration Board Games, LLC, owes special recognition to several individuals who aided in the production of "Cerebration." Independent graphic designer, Michael Cissell, created the artwork and converted the questions and answers into digital format. Michael Spahitz and Lisa Spahitz at MJS Creations in Pahrump, Nevada, manufactured the game. The website was designed by Faye Robinson at "CAD TEK" in Meridianville, Alabama. Miss Sydney Wilmer and the late Miss Meg Ingram, both from Huntsville, Alabama, consulted in proofing the cards for typographical errors and non-unique solutions. Huntsville graphic Designers Michelle Buckalew at "Allied Photocopy" and Tom Jeffreys at "Tom Jeffreys Sign and Banner" worked independently in manufacturing the original game prototype.
