Terms of Service and Disclaimers
PRIVACY POLICY USER ID AND PASSWORD 

1.You will receive a user ID and password upon completing the registration process. Cerebration is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. When you create a Cerebration Account, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that you are responsible for any and all activities of anyone you allow to use your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user ID and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and user ID. 

2.You agree to immediately notify Cerebration of any unauthorized use of your password or account and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Cerebration cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these rules. 

3.You understand that Cerebration will not share any of your personal information with any third parties except for purposes of completing on-line orders, or if otherwise required to do so by state or federal law. Cerebration uses Pay Pal for financial transactions and UPS for shipping transactions. Note: You do not have to be a member of Pay Pal to submit payment through Pay Pal using your credit card.

MEMBER CONDUCT

4.You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Cerebration registration form. 

5.If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, or if Cerebration has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue or inaccurate, Cerebration has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use.

6.You acknowledge that Cerebration may not pre-screen Content, but shall have the right to refuse or remove any inappropriate content. You agree to assume all risks associated with the use of any/all content submitted by you.

7.You understand that all information publicly posted is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such information originated. This means that you, and not Cerebration Board Games, are entirely responsible for all content that you post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Cerebration forum. Cerebration Board Games does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. 

8.You understand that by using the Cerebration website, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. While Cerebration will make every effort to promptly remove such content when reported, under no circumstances will Cerebration Board Games be liable in any way for such content.

9.You agree not to:

a.intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or harm minors in any way;

b.impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Cerebration host, or otherwise disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Cerebration website;

c.upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available unauthorized advertising, "junk mail," "spam," or "chain letters”. 

d.upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains virus software 

e.upload, post, email, transmit or make available any information that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO CEREBRATION

By submitting suggestions or documents to Cerebration, you acknowledge and agree that your contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; and Cerebration is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the contributions. Also, Cerebration shall be entitled to use contributions for any purpose, and you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Cerebration under any circumstances.

TERMINATION

You may terminate your Cerebration account, any associated email address and access to the Cerebration website by submitting such termination request to Cerebration.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Cerebration harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the Cerebration website.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION

You agree that all of Cerebration’s trademarks are the property of Cerebration Board Games and you agree not to display or use in any manner the Cerebration Marks.
